All Mountain Coaching uses the buyer and recipient details entered on the voucher form to take payment, create and deliver vouchers, provide support, prevent fraud, and keep legally required transaction records.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Voucher records are stored in a restricted Google Sheet and private hosting database. Delivery emails are sent through the All Mountain Coaching IONOS mailbox. Card details are entered on Stripe Checkout and are not received or stored by All Mountain Coaching.
Purchase records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
